The Detroit Pistons held a marketing campaign disguised as a practice at Oakland University a few days ago. The Pistons and Grizzlies both tried generating some interest in their product, so it’s all good.
According to the university’s report, several thousand showed up at the O’rena to watch the Pistons warm-up for the 2007-08 season. Hopefully, we get a few (hundred) more of those people to show up for Oakland basketball.
